Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward and outward material movement, clearance, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, stock records, and store management systems.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods while coordinating logistics and operational activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure proper storage practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.
- Implement warehouse best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

QC Officer
Job Description
Qualification: B.sc / M.sc
Position: 2 Male candidates
Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer
- Conduct tests such as assay, impurity profiling, dissolution, and moisture content
- Follow validated analytical methods and specifications
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain analytical reports, test records, and logbooks
- Ensure compliance with WHO, and GMP guidelines
- Prepare and review COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- Handle OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations
Quality Assurance Support
- Support method validation and method transfer activities
- Assist QA during audits and inspections
- Ensure calibration and qualification of instruments
Lab & Equipment Management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory
- Ensure proper handling of chemicals, reagents, and standards
- Monitor instrument performance and coordinate maintenance
Coordination
- Work closely with Production and QA teams
- Communicate test results and deviations clearly

Job Description

Position: 2 Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record)
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration units
- Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, etc.)
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with US FDA, WHO, and GMP guidelines
- Participate in audits and inspections
- Report deviations, incidents, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Quality & Safety
- Work closely with QA/QC teams for in-process checks
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms
- Handle chemicals and solvents safely
- Maintain cleanliness in production areas
Team Coordination
- Supervise operators and technicians
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity
- Train junior staff on SOPs and safety procedures
Equipment Handling
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of production equipment
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
- Support calibration and validation activities
